Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Here's a hint, for future reference: being nice about asking someone about something, instead of matter-of-fact and commandeering, makes an actual answer that much more likely.
Hehehe... oh wow. I understand liking a fictional character, but getting offended when somebody does something light to her like DID is something I cannot wrap my mind around, honestly. People will have their fandoms, but these fandoms are non-canon and, as such, not a gigantic deal. People who crusade for the "virginity" of certain characters are responsible for a good deal of reporting, and, as such, are contributing to the death of DID on Deviantart.
Also, I'm guessing "NOW YOU HAVE HELL TO PAY!" means you're the one that nuked his gallery.
U call DID light? Rey Mysterio winning the Cruiserweghit Championship is light. Making a DID pic of Orihime is not. And I'm not the one that nuked his gallery. For that, ur after the wrong guy.
